  2. i did a hours kettlebell exercise class tonight.
  3. Ha Ha, been looking for van insurance, the company i'm with quoted me £36 per month for 11 months, been on meerkat site, same company £26 per month for 10 months, someone will be getting a phone call tomoro.

  6. what about a jeep ?, i would keep the hi lux tho if possible, if not look at a jeep, plenty of room, decent 4x4.

  8. thought alonso was lucky not to get hit on the head. Not keen on hamilton, so glad he didnt finish. Just proves how safe those cars are tho, with no one getting injured.

  10. As i work on the ground, in all weathers, i wear oregon orange wellies. They might be big and cumbersome, but at least i know i'm protected and my feet are nice and warm and dry.
  11. LOL, i went out this afternoon to buy a blind for my eldest bedroom, also ended up with a 3 piece suite. How do us blokes end up in situations like this.
  12. Hi, just to let you all know, in the august edition of truck & driver, there is a rave review of the new mitshubitshi fuso canter 4x4 6.5t gvw wagon. Having read the review it sounds a decent motor. Sorry i dont know how to do links. Hope you find this usefull.
  13. the older i get, the more i realise , i'm more than happy living on a low wage, but spending a hell of a lot more time at home, doing the family thing. Also, i'm getting more into the home grown thing, i love my allotment, but have never given it the attention it required because work always got in the way. But now i have more time on my hands i'm determined to put it right. i dont think i'll ever retire from work, so i might as well spend my time doing what I want and not what others want.

  24. for me its simple, you cheat, your out ! I carnt understand how dwain chambers is allowed in ( the olympics), when he was banned for using drugs. Its just all wrong !!!
