  1. what are the dates for these shows, and is there any up in yorkshire ?
  2. A couple of so called 'friends' have chelsea tractors, they spend more time polishing them than actually driving them. And whoa be tide if they have to go thru a puddle. Idiots.

  4. I'm liking pedro's take on the makita.
  5. its rare these days for me to help anyone with diy these days, due to me being taken for a ride too many times. However, as i have my own allottment and therefore always have plenty of veg (even flowers) going spare, i always ensure some of this ends up in elderly and needy hands.
  6. Finally got round to buying a set (cheers steve) , Heres mine Can anyone recomend a decent training manual / book, that they have read. Cheers.
  7. Have you thought about an alligator saw,or a recipricating saw. Makita do a decent one, if you fancy an alternate to a chainsaw.
  8. dont know what the blowers are like, but dont discard the makita range. Could you have atrial / test of any before purchasing any make. Dont think ryobi will stand the test of time, i had 2 fail me within 18 mths.
  9. There are so many questions that will arise during your learning period and so many different answers. it was not meant as a dig, sorry if i have offended you martin. But please tell us when your saw has arrived

  14. driving seems quite acceptable these days, but how big a tractor and distance you talking about, and is the tractor road worthy, and what you doing with it.

  17. where did you get yours from steve, didnt dean also get some from the same place, did you get a set of 3 or something.
  18. Thinking of buying some. I know some of you on here swear by them, how do you find them, are they easy or complicated to get used to. I want to try and get away from standard bar bell / bench training and try some old school stuff. thanks.
  19. i've recently gone back to kickboxing after at least a 7 year lay off due to too many injuries. God its hard, but i love it.
