  1. How easy / what's involved in changing the roller box side flywheel bearing? Hopper and roller box off then bearing cap. What then? How to get old bearing out? Then fitting the new one? I'm sick of these crappy greaseable bearings failing... Fine on rotation but float back and forwards.... I'm putting a sealed bearing back in. They lasted for hundreds of hours.... Any help appreciated
  2. Yes and lower centre of gravity for your load
  3. I bought a.new gx106 earlier this year. Upgraded from a gd105. That thing floated around when loaded with a lot of weight but fine with just machines.... The gx106 is spot on for me I can put stump grinder and tracked chipper on side by side no problem. Better wheels tyres and suspension also! Love it. I have quite a bit of planting to do soon and removing soil etc... Going to have to go buy a dropside aswell.... Thi g is with trailers, they are relatively cheap! And you never can find one that suits everything! Horses for courses. Buy whatever suits your work
  4. All the above is correct and I am co operating with them. One point of conflict is... I don't need to enter their property.... Can you really define air space as property? Also what is there really to damage? It's over still water. Passing boats are only the same as passing cars or pedestrians to work around.
  5. The sawdust could be classed as building materials for any beavers that come for a vacation. Help it stick it all together you know and 100% organic. I bet this could catch on
  6. Lol far end of a fart lol Not a clue to be fair. I told the sawdust to go back on the customers land... I was totally out numbered and out gunned and it all.ran off.officer
  7. Yup... I said well it's up to you, I wouldn't and it could be a double ended sword...
  8. My thoughts exactly... Tree's span to 1/3 into canal but no where near the toe path etc. Balls to a bit of sawdust drifting... They can have that for free lol All lads be on customers side at all times Everything rigged and pulled back to customers side. Using bio oil and even been and bought eco plugs which is probably a lot more than some would do
  9. Not sure if your pulling my leg here this is not on the canal path side / mooring side
  10. Anyone had any dealings with working on tree's overhanging the canal? Customer has informed the canal and river trust about some works to be done. Some tree's to remove. They've asked for public liability ins, date for work, rams and to sign an indemnity form. As far as I'm concerned we are not entering the water course. All to be rigged back to customers land. Been told without submitting the info we / customers cannot do the works / remove their tree's. Laughable How daft is that? The tree's are the customers on the customers land and the canal and river people say we cannot do the works without sending the info through to get a permit to work. I'd never had rang them personally...
  11. That's fair enough then. Sounds like a bit of deadwood lol People that don't drive are no good to a business
  12. Can't just understand all this.... But if I read correctly I'd be tempted after you told him to take it or leave it. I would be tempted to tell you to shove it up your arse if I was already disgruntled with you
  13. Such a shame redwood doesn't do it anymore as Vincent was good to deal with.
  14. Absolute wankers! The tossers that come up with these ideas... long as their pockets are full in their life time then bugger everyone else and their future.

  17. Only problem with jensen..... finding a decent dealer / parts source
  18. Yes. Knobbling your tax down and lowering profits can kick you up the arse come the time to borrow
  19. All banks give a toss about is you earning big profit and paying tax.. Best way to get forwards is having a Mrs with a decent job and salarie lol
  20. No corporation tax is 19% dividends are 7%
  21. Considering on myself to be fair. Have a few bits in the diary that would suit. Remembered that skyland equipment did a deal on them.but out of stock
  22. What sort of brass are they? I need a small amount for an up coming job... Maybe 12-20. Realise I will.have to buy more!
  23. Sad but true times money. Gets you back earning
  24. Bugger... thought is sounds like some electrical wizardry so was going to suggest disconnect battery for a while to see if it resets itself..... Still think its something electrical or a fault with a sensor / ecu? This is why i hate electrics Faulty wheel sensor? rpm sensor? some silly magic eye on the clutch pedal? Clutching at straws here. Local farmer had a deutz that wouldnt move..... turned out one of the lads came off the clutch pedal to hard and it came up a mm or two more and it wouldnt move as the magic eye couldnt see it lol
