    201t vibes

Hi there. Just wondering if the 201t vibes are noticibly better than the 200t? Was chogging down today with an older 200 and noticed/ could feel all the vibes into my hand more than usual. Maybe av rubbers are shot! But wondered if the 201 is much better? Btw i dont use gloves. Cheers chris

  3. old tractor, possibly wiring messed with. Got indicators down the right hand side, fronts work when you put the power to them..... I just really need a wiring diagram, and to see what the fuse box supplies etc, then i can go back to playing around with my power probe and multi meter...

  12. [quote name=jaime bray;7583 But if they were a completely honest three days in a row occurances and cancellations' date=' then as a human you can clearly see that fred bloggs is having a bit of a bad run and id say no worries. If as the man letting someone down three days in a row, id say once i get all these things fixed how do you feel about doing a few seven day weeks to catch up. if the response was i dont work saturdays then id say 'oh ok,' and sensed complete anger, then to be honest at that point id imagine that the working relationship would have been tested and it would no longer be viable for the two to work together with such animosity.[/quote] Exactly. Why make it into something it isn't?
  13. Why do people see t&c's as such a threat? If your a decent firm then the situation wouldn't arrise, i am not unreasonable at all and run my own business. This is t&c's for lazy sods with bad excuses and timing...
  14. Think its just over 50.00 ish for 25 ltrs near me. Must look harder!
  15. I do do logs, and thats what i went and did. But i want money in the bank each week..... not to wait till next winter for a return. I don't have my eggs in one basket, there are a few companies to work for... it wouldn't be the end of the world to finish where i sub... You may not have worked for plonkers or people that only give a toss about themselves, but i'm slowly waiding through the bull Cheers
  16. happened one day this week at 7:15 am, just makes me think of others who have done this before and i've given up working for them... also think it may happen a bit more soon due to time of year... may hibernate in december lol
  17. Just wondering if any of you subbies have written into or even use t&c's and saying that if cancelled with short notice that the contractor will be billed a % of your rate? Or something along the lines of this... Usually i don't work for the companies again if they play this trick often but think they should still pay you something as the day is knackered if you haven't anything else to fill it with! And you have a set amount to earn each week just like the jokers who let you down food for thought lol cheers
