I noticed the other day when doing some maintenace that the flywheel would move forwards and backwards 2-3mm or so as in front to back of machine. What type of bearings are they? Sure the guy on the phone said they were floating bearings? But surely they cant other wise it would do what its doing? Anyone ever changed their own? Wonder how heavy that flywheel is lol Cheers

Is rotatek same as saturn knifes? Always stay genuine. Sure flywheel cracks can be welded and check for balance etc... Could even get a new blade pocket made up and welded back on.... Its only the same as it was made! As for the hole, cut part of the pushed out metal away, tap rest back flush and patch with a plate

Yes i also notice the bigger saws like to try pull the harness off you lol I had a 441 and a 200t hanging off it last week pita lol shuffling it up all the time

It depends how you feel about the condition of the harness. Mines had a good few bridges. Still ok. If you want to impress people on here then buy a new one
