    black lab was first to get it,lethargic, vomiting,off the food(unheard of) temperature, up to vets for antacid and antibiotics, now oldest dalmatian has the same, 4 days later,hope younger dal and really old lab dont get it ,anybody else had this with their dogs, walk mine in commision woodland so must be something going round

    porting 281xp

    can anybody port a 281xp,maybe just an exhaust mod and a carb tweak?

  8. yeah as spud says, get a 365, not lightening fast but grunty and bombproof,will run a 20 inch no problem,and will cope with a 24 if needed occasionally, a good all rounder

    loving my new jonsered 2145 its the same as a husky 345, blinding bit of kit, always go a bit bigger, makes life easier,set the harness up correctly and you can work 6/7 hours and you dont even know its on your back
  10. im well into my leaf clearing season now, that keeps me busy up till xmas along with final grass cutting,tend to keep some fencing/planting jobs etc back for january/febuary and then it all starts again

  13. i always add a touch more 2 stroke oil to my mix on really hot days when using 2 stroke equipment ie 5ml extra in a 5 litre mix

  15. can anybody suggest a good,lightweight,robust waterproof coat i find a wax jacket too bulky i need something durable but light
  16. get a tri blade,an 8 tooth blade and a mulch blade,nothing you cant clear with these 3
  17. get an older 288 with skip chain,will save you loads of dough if not being used much
  18. basically its a husky in red plastic, although my old 2077 saw is a poulan pro 475, most modern jonsered share the same parts as a husky, 20/21 series saws are identical apart from recoil,625/630/670 are just red versions of 61/262/268 etc, my spanking new 2145 brushcutter is exactly the same as 345 husky and gr41 same as husky 240r, hope this helps,cheers

  20. im thinking of getting a zetor, i use a 5011 for a guy i do some work for,harrowing,topping etc,not a bad little tractor but would like a bit bigger for myself, any bad points to look for ?
