  4. Hi i have a pair of carl zeiss 12 x 50 very good binoculars , but very expensive also quite heavy if holding for a long time ,i have a binocular rest that clips on to the land rover window the clamp is only about £50.

  8. Hi it all depends on how many logs per nett and wether you place the logs in the nett or just throw them in we average 40 ph with 18 hardwood logs per nett. cheers chris
  9. Thanks for all your replies just wondering why the clutch on ranger will need to be changed regulary are the high geared so you need to slip the clutch at times. thanks again chris
  10. Hi the truck will be used for log deliveries ,towing iw cattle trailer and iw trailer with dumpy bag of logs on it (6 in total) thanks chris

Hi All as the above title suggests I am looking at a double cab (cheap end off market around £3500 max ) as you all drive different makes /models just wondering what you think would be best for that money , considering spares prices ,mpg, down time for repairs, off road ability, weight carrying capacity, towing weight. Hi its the diff lock pedal as john says it is used to lock both rear wheels together so that they are both driving at the same time can be used in muddy conditions when you lose traction on one rear wheel ,it MUST NOT be used when traveling on the road as when you go around corners one wheel needs to turn more than the other. cheers chris

Hi All looking for a log splitter to split back 5 foot lengths max 24" diameter so I can put them through the processor . what do you suggest will be a good machine looking at spending about £3500 needs to be horizontal splitter so can place timber on machine and remove to log deck with timber grab. what tonnage machine is best. thanks chris
