  1. It was a Leyland DAF, didnt pay attention to what model. Would certainly buy it if the chance occurred though.
  2. It could of held more if the sides were higher agri spec wheels gave us 2" of clearance on the gates which was more than enough. How long did your beech take?
  3. Gave the timber away on this site. Steve borrowed a truck to lift it away as hes keen to practice some milling.
  4. Yeah Japan or a possible different in that area one. I've always wanted to go to japan so..... Life enhancing experience for me personally.
  5. Pub by lunch then
  6. Speak to PeteB on here. He works for Greenmech and knows the machines. Other than that i cannot help.
  7. Been busy since sept last year, only every 3-4 weeks ahead compared to last years 4 days a week and 2 weeks ahead which resulted in a turnover loss of £1,000. So fingers crossed for a bumper year.
  8. hahah, no, single or double, whatever comes out of the bag. I find if you hold hold your spare hand next to the top of the single hand ascender there aint much uncomfortable about it.
  9. Nice work. I was smiling all the way through.
  10. they've ordered 1000t of woodchip off us over 3 years.
  11. Throughly enjoyed that Giorgio.
  12. As requested Adam
  13. where do you think we found it Can fault the 19-28 yet, bit heavier than the timberwolf counterpart but bigger feed rollers and greater psi of pressure.
  14. 6 hours to complete, 5 ton of chip and the timbers being moved next week so an 8hr job all in all. the 19-28 made it really easy to keep up with adam as long as i could get them to the chipper rollers they went through. Only go big when you good and ready imo, never rush as things can go bad fast. the thingy is a rattlewedge, stays on the shelf a lot but sometimes is just the tool for the job. (bit pricey though)
  15. Pre-marital stress
  16. I'll cut i still out of the footage but i think it will fail loler.
  17. :lol:i wondered when those kittens were going to get me:lol: 19-28 road tow, cannot fault it yet, reduced my need for snedding on sites is why i bought it. Cheers Scott
  18. As usual it wont work on a mobile device.....
  19. So we had a short but dense Cedar to remove. Adam Bourne did the climbing and i took the grunt work keeping up with the brash and lowering. Massively impressed with nods treeworker friction tube, didnt move an inch under load even when the anchor point did!! Anyway a quick edit it only took 20 mins to put together. Hope you enjoy.
  20. 5:56 was close Couldnt watch all of it the fast forward bit made my head ache.
  21. Anything good for turners i do a trade, they get the wood and i get something turned out of it. Although i did comission the turner to do a good sized oak burr we cut down today
  22. i enjoyed watching that alasdair keep them coming.
  23. Big Lumps Gareth, love the last picture.
  24. Mine fell apart in the soles then, although im still wearing them but they make a slap sound when i walk.
  25. Totally agree with this, the problem i had was if someone turned up asking for a quote they would price it for themselves i found. But thats just business, i prefer Peters top option, if you already have another van thats great and if you can hire in a chipper that will cost a bit but then at least they are working under your brand name as such.
