  1. Yeah, its easy for me running down to london with that card, not many tesco's on route.
  2. I use a key fuels one for the HGV, you can use it at different fuel stations like BP, Shell and Tesco's i think. Basically anywhere you see the symbol. Its registered to the company so anyone can use it, they are pin coded so its just like using your debit/credit card except you give the vehicle reg.
  3. I read the youtube comments and one made much choke with laughter 'Future Darwin award winner'
  4. Blimey, interesting video that was. Just made me notice that my weakest link in my climbing system is the cut away sling on the spiderjack!!
  5. Armour pruss works well with my srt line. Feels quite smooth, although to be fair i haven't had a chance to give it a real bash other than a few quick 'getting to learn it' climbs.
  6. Sounds sweet to me, yeah i like using it with 2 dmm revolvers one on the ascender and the other just to keep the tail close on my harness.

  7. Hi, Yeah I'm getting on good with it although time to time i forget I'm on srt. I use my petal ascender quite a bit with a dmm revolver on limb walks to turn it into a rad system. I can see why everyone is moving onto it.

Always free for reccy climbs in norfolk.

  8. In the 960 a class 4-7 will be fine its only 1080p you want to be running class 7-10. Need more info if you want help tho?
  9. That should be fine its running at R4 then, just a few things to try. 1) what attachment are you using to mount the cam? 2) have you got it tight? 3) try moving your head a little slower and be aware that you are filming. 4) by jerky do you mean once you upload it onto your computer? 4a) if it is jerky on your com your system might not be powerful enough?? Might help. Ian
  10. I've had a couple of plays over christmas and well, I'm not going to lie it feels really weird to start with as you are so used to art, two lines. Although no friction effecting the hitch payout is really really great. Just getting the fundamentals in my head sorted and it tackle some work with a saw.
  11. Got even less today managed 11.2.
  12. Don't be hard on yourself, its all about taking the time to adapt to being high up a tree. Small steps out on limb walks allowing yourself to have steady footing and feel balanced and secure. I know a few times when ive stripped a pine to a straight pole ive thought 'i wonder if i double gaffed out i would hit the ground'. Its called self preservation, but trust your gear and knots and take it slowly, no need to try to be like you see in the ISA TCC videos, Frictionhitchery or Spiderjackery. There experienced climbers who compete. Low slow, safe and steady. P.S try top get an experienced climber to come give you a hand. It will help. Ian
  13. Easy Gameboy
  14. Not a present personally for me but being able to do a deal with the local pub for a free meal and drinks all night on christmas eve for the whole family. It was a nice feeling giving something back to my parents and family. The following mornings hangover not so nice.
  15. 11.9 and that wasn't enjoyable, was strict with form too! Not sure why i decided to do it this evening after doing the insanity workout at the Gym today. Although i kind of feel this need to want to get to 13 now.

  24. This sounds pretty interesting, especially as I'm looking into canopy access courses at the moment. When are you thinking the trip is going ahead?
  25. Yeah its a pretty epic video to say the least. I love my spiderjack especially if you spend some time learning to open up the cam bit and only use the wooden brake.
