My old lister powered bench, old but does the job

As long as the end result is a sharp blade at the correct angle a files perfect,i personally use an angle grinder because its faster than a file.

The only positive side to people throwing litter on the floor is it puts people in employment to pick it up.

Good post:thumbup1: I was once sitting at traffic lights in London,next to me was a lady sitting at a bus stop eating a chocolate bar, right in front of her was a litter bin,when she finished eating she threw the wrapper on the floor. You cant blame mcdonalds for their wrapping messing the streets. Excellent idea about the number plate
