Personally id rather do fencing in the winter rather than the summer, winters not that bad as long as its not raining, at least your not sweating your nuts off.

As for finance I don't do finance I'd rather save and own it myself even if it is old!! Best way to go , UNLESS you have guaranteed contracts (council etc)

If it says wind & rain, you can be pretty sure it will be fine & sunny, only my experience of the weather forecasts of the last few weeks, they are more like horoscopes : every one is different .

Exactly my thought, red can be bought from a couple of garages near me, I think they take your reg number and ask what your using it for.
