  1. Red Oak, just been to look at mine to compare
  2. Felling them should do the job :what:
  3. He expects to be sacked but hasn't actually been given the shove yet as far as Google knows
  4. What news was this? There hasn't been an official announcement?
  5. I wouldn't go too much on that, I've got log books that say different to what's on that chart.
  6. Blimey, hope you're on the mend now. Welcome back
  7. Nice work, love VSL's. Could you have redirected with a shackle to save killing the capstan?
  8. Near enough. Not wrapped round but run against your thigh/harris. I'd use the leg loop on your harness to stop getting a burn. Do you mean just an 8 or an 8 with a hitch? Not great being on only an 8 if for any reason you need to let go of the rope.
  9. My white ones last year were confirmed as fisti by Mr Humphries.
  10. Might make me look silly.... young fistulina?
  11. In that situation, depending on your injury, you could use a hot seat to get down in an emergency if you didn't have your wrench or an 8
  12. Mines so secure I don't know what it is
  13. Why? Is something happening?
  14. Can you attach a trailer to the digger then trail them round as you're digging the holes?
  15. It is, but it's only a 110" version of the 101" and there are plenty of those about if you look in the right places
  16. That brings back memories. I learned to drive in a Fendt
  17. Bit further north than you. Lucas and no mileage as far as I know.
  18. Round here, £400+vat ish
  19. Could be in els/hls scheme, just because it looks like nothing is being done, doesn't mean it's not doing anything.
  20. There is something like that, worded slightly differently though....
  21. There'll be a chance. Try it out Saturday, compete on it Sunday
  22. Doing alright cheers. Haven't got a picture without going out in the dark to find it. It's just a big isc ring spliced in the end. Great for various anchors without fiddling with knots.
  23. Cougar Blue with a ring spliced in one end Mike
  24. You'll be in good stead for the comp, four years is plenty of experience. It's a very friendly atmosphere and we have entrants with much less experience that enter. The overall competition includes all disciplines, cutting, climbing (DdRT), mewp, pole climb etc. The SRT comp is run separately, with it's own prizes, as not everyone uses it. No. But it's worth doing the both the combined and SRT events of you've got experience with SRT
