trouble is you say you cannot cut the hedge till the beginning of august and tell them why they just get someone else to do it. the ordinary household just want it cut.

i had my 80ft sycamore felled in 2009 i drilled the stump and put round up in the holes and salt all over the top it was still putting new shoots out 3 years later and i still get a few seedlings appearing in the garden now

that looks very similar, as the blade end is not sharp there might be a bit of weare on mine but not to the extent of a rounded blade

that happens all the time, councils making conservation areas you cannot cut a tree down without them saying yes or no, you want to build something you have to apply for planning then they say yes or no

it sounds like next door has the same problem with water, it looks like most of the water is coming from the right of the photo from higher up. would a drain at the bottom of the terracing taking it down to the French drain help?

evenly some of the vaccine dos contain pork but there is an alternative but they have got it in their head so will not take it

i am far from been an expert on these things but i think the tree has been there before the houses were built never mind the conservatory and they appears to be a few smaller trees and large shrubs closer than your tree. is there a TPO on the tree? as mentioned before it will more than likely serum to ash dieback if the Nabours insurance will pay to have it removed get it done it might save you money.
