  15. in summer i like steph would light the stove for a quick top up of hot water as our stanley is plumbed to heat water in the tank first then when thats upto temp does radiatirs all governd by a cheap pipe heat sensor valve wired into the pump Sent from my GT-I8160 using Tapatalk 2

  20. theres no new planting on any significant scale all the thinning has been done so in ten years there will be no timber all the softwood is going biomass to powerstations all the firewood men are chasing what little hardwood is about this will dry up. the job i think will be dead in 15 years Sent from my GT-I8160 using Tapatalk 2
