7. impossible to judge by a picture id have to assume its bigger than it is as pictures always make trees look smaller than they actually are and say 2 days for a 3 man team to dismantle £800 plus vat

9. haha no birds a few ducks in there before we cleared it didnt half stink! using it a fair bit now ive got the balance of knowing when its a help and when its more hassle so depends on the tree and what were doing to the tree
10. a few sites from the last few months.
11.
hi mate only just come on arbtalk for a few months off here just seen your question about the ace winch. its one of my best buys its solid hasnt broke its never failed to pull over a tree or rip out a stump its very good at for the price its a must buy!

12. all im saying is it looks like you had one line for your groundys to pull it to them which isnt needed, on the pulley theres some sort of system with a zigzag or something, and another line which your holding to slow it down, why cant you just have a line for the groundy to slow the piece down and haul the slings back up to you, it would be going from the same place you anchored the other line from. as for not being able to judge tensioning it with his mog seems he already has done it
13. looked a nasty position, dont quite no why youve really over complicated the speedline though all you need is the line to your mog a control line running from the top down and thats it you can tension each piece as needed with your mog
14. haha it real mans work on a prussik mark besides ive been doing more srt recently friday it did click with me abit more
