  2. we have a 27hp dan equip hydrostatic drive machine, we have some ramps to load it onto the land 130 tipper and the transit tipper with ease, got the ramps off ebay for 70quid second hand never been used bargain for these. http://www.theramppeople.co.uk/ramp/home-and-garden-ramps/folding-ramps/trp624-pair/280
  3. The actual reduction in size is spot on, i think you thinned the remaining crown out to thin by the pictures, but it will come back good job for a newcomer
  4. Well said the lowest we go is £400 plus vat a day for 2 men and chipper but 500/600 plus vat is the normal rate we get. Which is a fair price for a good days tree surgery we feel.
  5. That is true but the transit is to big for most of the places we go thats why were getting rid of it and we have bought a l200 going to put a tipper on it at some point. Then we have the landy tipper that gets in most places just.
  6. We would get a mog tomorow if we had the right work for it but 90% of are work is domestic so not really any need for one.

  13. Usually there is more money in small jobs because you can do several in a day easy work hardly costs anything to do them, bigger jobs should be the same but rarely get them as someone will go in cheap to do it let them struggle and learn the hard way i say, bigger the job the more hassle usually.
  14. certainly is but i dont want to port mine long as it works its all good
  15. looks like my 200t is back working again just lemme know the account details and how much ill get it paid for steve
  16. ive hired a 25ton city crane, 25ton normal crane and a 50 tonner before. all will reach over 25meters what you need to work out is how much you want to lift at that reach, with a 25tonner you would still be good for a ton maybe more. as for cost i cant remember the 50 ton but both the 25 tonners are £360+vat for the day. well worth the money. get a crane company to visit the site and they will ask you how much you want to lift and they will tell you what size crane you will need.
  17. Nice vid, bet your glad you didnt have to rig it all down.
  18. Nice work, big tree glad you had good weather for it!
  19. that certainly would have been the problem then
  20. I would price it for worst case and then add more on, if you get the job you want to be able to make good money from it if you dont get it then you didnt want it for cheaper money!
  21.
