  1. seen that before, could be a very useful bit of kit to have i reackon dont look like it would cost alot.
  2. quite a cool idea with there pole pruners how you can cut and hold. never seen that before good idea that.
  3. you are all so talented with working with wood. just ordered my self some of the tools, i fancy having a play see what i can end up with.

  9. lovely nice high tree that never been above 110/120 foot unfortunatly.
  10. look out for dead wood was a good one. i had to remove a couple of big limbs off a big oak tree recently. stuck the pulley at top of tree came down to the branch tied it off cut it and it shook the anchor branch. which snaped off a dead limb that fell down and hit me on the head lesson learned.
  11. kept driveing past this tree and been meaning to take a picture of it. its got a really weird shape to it that i havent seen anywhere else that i can remember.

  18. the nearest i know is kings lynn are work is west norfolk. your best bet would be to phone up local tree surgeons in norwich there is loads im sure you will get one to help you out.

  20. had my zip bust on my stretch airs today. managed to notice just in time before having a embarassing moment in front of the client, managed to dangle my gloves over the gap. dunno whats best to do with them should i take them back or just got get a proper person to fit another zip???
  21. where abouts in norfolk? i can give you the number for a guy who knows a few tipping sites.
  22. i used to travel 60 miles to grantham where this guys yard was, then most his work was 30 odd miles away in lincoln. so if my maths is right that works out 900miles a week.
  23. well dont ask me how i manage it but when i tell people i still havent had to sharpen my saw since how ever long there surprised cause its still like a brand new chain. but then im mostly doing pruneing work which isnt hard work for a chain. when its getting blunt i sharpen it. whats point saying ill sharpen it twice a day if its still cutting like new.
  24. ive had same problem with the pantin which isnt modified keeps poping off still practice makes perfect.
