  1. looks like a tidy job that hate trees that ruin your chains every 5 mins good client paying for the chains though.
  2. just out of interest are you anchored off the crane just looks like you are? if so that much make life so easy haveing a anchor point that high. top job by the way
  3. i traded my husky 460 in for a 372xp. it was a year old and i lost 25quid or something from the price from new but that was really unexpected to get that much for my old saw.
  4. quoteing is quoteing no matter how much you ask for, as long as you do the job and all that you said you would do, then whats wrong with that. if they accept the quote thats there choice.
  5. how wrong is this world with him ripping people off got all lovely equipment. then theres honest hard working people with nothing like his equipment
  6. love watching tree surgeons on these programmes. bet they cant be as bad as the ones on rogue traders with the ladders and the ldv panel van and the scaffolding harness which they never cliped onto anything.

  9. its new england hi vee. im useing a jimmy green marine universal fid. all trouble im having is burying the tapered end cause everything i try it slips right off the fid.
  10. ive done everything im just at the point of the final step. i just wondered how you guys attach the rope to the fid? everytime i attach it and try pull it through it just slips right off.
  11. i always am the one cleaning up most of it on jobs like this i draged half of it chiped half of it. then raked up and tidyed the whole lot as groundie was tipping off back at the yard.
  12. hi there im self employed climber. i do alot of work 3/4 days a week for meridian woodlands east there in kings lynn. other than him i ocasionally work for a guy called chris hotson in kings lynn and then my own jobs. who are you working for round fakenham then?

  16. i can see what your on about reason was cause i was trying to do as little damage to the shrubs right under the stem and other times it was just habit when im pruneing. thanks for watching
  17. yes it had been topped before. i was anchored onto the regrowth but it was established enough so i didnt mind.

  22. my guess to hook onto a tractor or something and the hooks to attach logs or something not a clue.
