  1. Cool stuff, some of its artistic too, like it!
  2. It's nice to know that they are targeting plant moving at night,we need all the help we can get against theft.
  3. Split one of the logs into kindling slivers & see if it takes a flame & holds it.
  4. No No No,it will get deleted coz we don't name & shame...
  5. Superb!
  6. Chainsaw safe distances from 3rd party.
  7. I would not wish to be responsible for any failures after bracing, they by nature are prone to sail effect in the autumn winds.
  8. Fantastic work!
  9. I had a bloke (poor excuse for one anyway) trying to stop a job, crane on a road, barriers etc, kept escorting him off site and back he kept coming, his wife and he were getting threatening, his wife for some reason decided to phone the old bill, they came they saw, they too got threatened by the worm spined male. They made a hard arrest, loaded him up,and the top cop on the scene gave me his number and invited me to phone him when the job was done and only then would they release this man from the cells. We didn't bust our guts getting it done too quick. Funny bit was when the 2 WPC's & this desk seargent did the arrest they all ended up in a nearby bush, all you could see was four sets of legs thrashing about. When they had got the cuffs on they reapeared and tried to pull the arrested man from out the foilage,he screamed on each pull. They had succeeded to cuff him behind his back, but round the base of bush and were nearly dislocating his shoulders trying to pull him out!what fun!
  10. Frail excuse but I'll fall for it!
  11. Can't be Felix, this guy wanted them felled!
  12. As long as the contractor was up to spec on quals & insurance no worries, especialy on a removal. They can protect trees, but they are not a body to dictate which tradesman to use. Thats my take on it anyway.
  13. Good link, going to try some of that.
  14. Why? Did he specify the requirements not provided by these cs trousers?
  15. I drink 'dioralite' or rehydration salts you can get from the chemists, dont over do it,but one a day will help,as well as water, Like the tonic water idea, love the stuff!
  16. I would have a close look at the clutch drum roller bearing in case it has corroded too.
  17. I'm going week at the knees now John, she looks so good in black & white! Looks a nice job, love the way pops chip too.
  18. Go straight to the clutch, week or broken springs, roller bearing worn, gunged up internals. Strip it clean it lube it & see what happens. All this if you are achieving a correct tickover.
  19. I'm in love with the winch truck! What a lovely motor.
  20. That's fair comment imo,it explains things to the inexperienced in a concise way!
  21. Don't understand people insulting another member,if you don't like the post why get involved in pathetic quips about a persons looks or way of talking. Dadio puts these vids up & takes the time to edit them & reply to reasonable criticism or questions,if you dont agree with a teqnique shown, sure express yourselves. I like his style of dealing with personal insult (ignoring it),but it sure leaves a bitter taste in my mouth to see us 'pros' resorting to schoolboy insults. Come on lads give the guy a break, please! P.s. I hate sticking my nose in like this ,but at least I am being impersonal & polite!
  22. I enjoyed that video,Keep them coming Dadio!
  23. Just keep it sharp,& well maintained,no point in medling, unless you know what your doing.
  24. Very tidy body!
  25. Landy 130 will take a fair old load,have a look again.
