    Check this out

    Haha,funny one that!
  3. Great video, those are two cracking horses, they looked in superb condition!
  4. Spud, try selotapeing a bit of greasproof paper,or one skin of toilet paper (white) over the flash with these close ups, knocks the highlights out & difuses the flash to even it out. A bit of plastic milk bottle will do the job too.
  5. Realy nice designs imo,I will be having some of them.
  6. I was educated as C of E,but not bothered about it since,I respect others & their opinions.
  7. I have a 'billy goat' leaf/litter collector, not been used much, you can borrow it anytime.
  8. If the job was booked in,surely there is a breech of contract,& wonder the implications if the LA were made aware of this whilst tendering. Probably did you a favour Huck, clients like that.

But on the face of it this is not the local authority competing, this is moonlighting with LA kit surely Do the LA have a policy to aid & abet this,& is this what Carwyn Jones made his statement about....hmm:001_smile: I'm sure this is tongue in cheek humour though.
  10. Another,Shane is about blown here,but great harmonics on a powerful song; [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNX3hQbSVmM&feature=related]dirty old town - YouTube[/ame]
  11. Yep,not a 'reduction to be proud of'..., I can understand them wanting to keep it,but not for long methinks. The stone masons are having a field day over there,it was all so smashed up,& they are not covered on the church insurance,so you can imagine the trouble that can create for me going in there to clean up the trees,I was concerned about the potential for getting chased for destroying the stones even though the ones broken were cause by the initial wind damage. All in all the feedback from those who go over there to tend the individual graves,& maintain the grounds as comunity volunteers was very good, but was a tread light recovery job for me:001_smile:
  12. Heres one I love,haunting & beautiful,just like the lass singing. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dt0sXRBLfJM]Suzanne Vega - The Queen And The Soldier - YouTube[/ame]
  13. Sorry, another pic of the before clear up on the most damaged standing tree. dun5 by geoff321, on Flickr In amongst that lot there were six or severn down, turned at the root,a good lesson for the groundy in tension & compression wood, the log faries helped a lot on the clear up!
  14. Got this job done now,it was a mess,ie; dun7 by geoff321, on Flickr This was the worst one still standing,a big old ceder,to asked for the central spar to come out as it was fubared, nice climb amongst some shattered bits but I got it down ok,not much of it left but the church want to keep this one as a temporary monument to the storm. 15. As Stephen says, most welcome,& sorry the boot size was wrong, temporary blip.
  16. Thats a belter,great find!
  17. Thanks Wolfman,Hamma,I put this up thinking of you,it realy is a must see for a 'fung nut'!
  18. This fence around a property boundry I passed in cambridge,(shot snapped out of the truck window in a rush,so poor quality pic), impressed me, All worked in iron & fungi sprouting all around the top,in reality the fence is 3 dimensional. bad pic,but one cool fence, anyone else know of it & can get a better photo would be nice, its a bit out of my way. 19. Thats quite stunning!
  20. Old school bike travel, its a great book! I never have less than two bikes in my life, recently I bought a honda sh300i,(scooter),its brilliant!
  21. They can be with long term stress, once you have a condition, stress can also cause a relapse. Also,a nasty viral infection can shock the system causing ai conditions, and long term bad diet. Stress is a common factor in a lot of people with some ai conditions,& it can become a vicious circle, stressed by the condition, condition gets worse. I suffered badly with ulcerative colitis for a few years, nearly lost my bowel. I had the routine drugs, steroids,(prednisolone),through to chemo for 18 months to supress the imune system, including anti depressants, beta blockers & heavy duty pain killers, it helped with the uc,but messed me up badly so I could not work for nearly two years. I ditched the drugs & had a deliberate mind & diet change,& have not had the uc (which is with you for life),for about six years. So you have to deal with the stress, eat well with deliberation,& as far as I'm concerned literaly get fed up with it & decide calmly that you are getting over the condition. Worked for me,I did use aloe vera in a processed tablet form high in polysaccharides, they are in my opinion a great aid with auto immune conditions.
  22. Very nice work, and presentation too Mark
  23. Keep it small & fun, with a network of good subby's to pull in if needed & go to them when requested. Thats what I try for.
  24. I would strip the bar off & clean the oil channel & bar rails, clean all the mating surfaces on the saw & see how it goes after that to start with,it could be oil residue from when it was last used creaping out, failing that I would strip the oil pump off & clean & check that.
