  1. You wont laugh so hard when the crab arrives, These silt estuary crabs will change the trajectory of you very existance!
  2. You know me,yes mate.remind me,been out on the lash tonight.
  3. Not being derogatary mate,I meant one from the previous trawl:blushing:, You still want my knackered 260,(well it works ok),I will swap it for the flip line of your I have, including 2 spare bars of different lengths,& probably the chains to match?
  4. Christ mate, your missing out on a big win here, with your chainsaw kecks in tow behind the ferry you could probably get beyond the anual quota of fish haul within 300metres of trauling. Oh & any crabs that were not already there please forward to NI trees,as I owe him one.
  5. At the end of the day arbtrader is a great resource as a seller or buyer, and an asset to the forum in general, where you can deal with people you can trust & relate to,it dont get better than that in my opinion,& to compare it to broad spectrum auction sites is just not viable. I would myself rather have a good relationship & handshake with a fellow AT member than chance my arm in other areas.
  6. I bet Lisa moans when you have to throw those braces in the washing machine ,or do you get a ready mix lorry in to sort them out?
  7. Thats a big lump in one go Old Snake, very nice:thumbup1:
  8. :biggrin:good stuff, get some braces,or a bit of baler twine:001_smile:,holds them up,works for me. felixthe chopper uses a LONG length of worn out digger track adapted as braces, they seem to just about work for him,but he is rather unusual in stature & strength, the new braces have as yet not 'let him down'.
  9. Enjoyed the vid,cool.
  10. If you get stuck on it I could get up there & hit that, but it would not be a cheap day out,I would look at £350 or a bit more if the mound is a mare.
  11. I like that atitude,good man.you will learn fast.
  12. Was concerned about doing the job this time of year, but client wanted it done & you know it was going to happen. It was not too bad on the bleeding front at the end (ive seen worse).
  13. If its a cleanish looker you will go near £3oo I would think.
  14. Heres a silver birch I was tasked with reducing, not my favourite jobs these,& this had been previously hit a good few years ago,50 year old tree, hollow pockets all over it at previous cut points,I was asked to reduce a bit harder on lower right of crown to let light into underplanted stuff. 15. With that attitude you will overcome most anything!
  16. Looking forward to getting mine over to you Spud.
  17. You can do thatin the comfort of your own home.why do it wher all can see:confused1: I for one will not suffer any bullying, the mods wont,& nor will the good old boys on here,in general. Here It gets reported,in the outside world, if I see it I will turn, one of my failings that I actualy enjoy to the full, responding to a bully in my opinion, alows you to attack at will, just when it suits you best & them least,no rules of engagement.
  18. You know I always wish you to sleep peacfully:sneaky2: Just cant help wearing my life on my sleeve.
  19. That looks realy nice Dean,it will make a lovely hedge.
  20. Nothing to do with being mean. They banned me from the grounds due to the revealing nature of my chearleaders outfit/routine.Oh..and the fact that I was performing in the away teams goalmouth with aplomb.( an adverb, not a member of the away team).
  21. Gone for velcro ally geckos, they will be better than my buckingham shin busters, which will be going free on another silly thread competition if Steve B says its ok,will be a themed picture thread, something interesting but daft, just got to think it up.
  22. Here is my groundy 'Judy',she will be the adjudicator in case of dispute over the silky, she will chose the type of silky for the winner as decided by our own Mr collins, prior warning given, she is quite adept at giving out a good right hander, followed swiftly with a left,(I should know,Have been sparked out on the recieving end),so play fair,& no Mr pickles pics. 100_9457 (2) by geoff321, on Flickr
