  1. this may seem a silly question but have they Formally placed you under caution ? (same speech as the old bill use) the only reason i ask this is that untill they do so you are not at libberty to answer any questions regarding the job in question , they may well ask questions but you do not need to answer then there and then and untill your placed under caution i would not answer a thing , one under caution i would contact your boss and request legal/union representation at the companies expense .
  2. Yeah the after taste is not great and neither is the price but on the pluss side i did manage to get a deal last week in tesco - £28 for a 1.2 kg tub , usual price £39 ! bargain i say .
  3. possibly its because you were on site that day and they need a statment from everyone of site , i would not worry mate , if they start trying to point the finger then ask for a coppy of the works order and job sheet , you did not request the job to be carried out , you did not produce the works order and did not wright the job sheet detiling what was or was not to be done .
  4. ha ha if i could time it i would make sure the farts start just as i get to the inlaws place or they pop round to ours !!!
  5. if you go onto myprotein.com , maybe try using the Creatine Eathyl Ester - yes it tastes like battery acid but there is no loading proces and it is way more effective and there is no need to take silly ammounts of it , personally if im in a bulking phase then i tend to stick to Cyclone and muscle milk , yes it makes your farts stink but it keeps the weight benches either side of you pretty empty so that you can have some space while training . Mark have you tried using progain extreme at all ?? i have never used it but im wondering if its any good
  6. and aint the belts fun to get tensioned correctly whilst still keeping everything square !!!! i do miss my old 190 sometimes !!!!!
  7. i regulary use my ms200t with one hand , yes its not as per AFAG rules but im aware of that and fully take it into considderation when doing so , there are times where it is required to work in this manor but if i dont need to then i wont .
  8. I was of the understanding that Creatine was designed to aid in training allowing you to train harder and minimise the buld up of lactic acid this is partaily done by feeding the muscles with more watter. Cramps and dehydration are usualy caused by a lack of salt, zink and watter etc all of which are pretty simple to resolve in most cases
  9. sorry mate , saw that as soon as i posted !! i have had a look but have not come up with anything sorry
  10. can you give me the engine model no etc , im pretty sure i have access to several workshop parts manual's .
  11. Really it depends on the situation and the individual tree , there are plenty of time that i would not use a side strop to tie in while cutting for saftey reasons but in most cases i will strop in .Well unless im advancing up an apple tree ha ha
  12. Also how many people use fish oil's , Glucosamine or Bcaa's while using creatine ?
  13. Whats the problem Tommer ?
  14. i know David Riding had one fitted on a green mech chiper that was on the back of his mog
  15. Creatine is a safe suplement that can be used in conjunction with a well ballanced diet and appropriate trainng programe. One of the reasons that people can suffer joint problems when training using Creatine is that they are over training muscle groups thus causing a core imbalence , secondly it may be that too mch weight is being used with a poor technique , and thirdly he/she may have been using creatine for too long , 3 months on and 1 month off is a common pattern of usage . Another considderation is the type of Creatine that is being used , im sure some of you are aware there are several forms , ie creatine monohydrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester and several others , some are more effective and concentrated than others and can alter your daily reccomended water consumption considderably which in turn if you are dehydrated thus having a negative response to prolonged training . Any way i hope some of my post is of use/ intrest to some of you
  16. have any of you guys had troubles with any other suplements ?
  17. yeah it was/is live work , some of it is getting burnt under both the 33kv and 11kv , never the less its nice to get a decant site clearence job from Western Power . so far we have felled roughly 150 (ish) trees and probably just as many left to take down , this is where i wish i had a timber trailer and crane !!!!
  18. just a few from today , nothing too interesting tho
  19. my post was not aimed at yo and i can see where you are comming from , it happen to us all - you look at a decent job , give advice and get good feedback from the customer and its looking like the job is yours , then you drive past a ew weeks later and it been done !!! never a good feeling but hey look on the bright side - this week / next week or even next month you may well do the same to another firm . keep your chin up
  20. FFS guys come on - if the guy is happy taking the tree down for free just for the timber and the customer is happy then whats the big issue ? im not sure about you but i know for a fact that im not going to get every job i quote and if im honest i think many of us would rather lose out to an old guy thats doing it for the timber rather than a rival tree firm doing it for a couple quid less than you and putting the money towards buying more kit to allow them to take a bit more work off of you !
  21. it may be worth giving Iain jonston (contracts manager) at silvanus a call . hope you get some work soon
  22. have you tried Jas p wilson ?
  23. sadly my German is not to great but the pictures did enough !!!
  24. financialy it is possible to do it in six days BUT it would be done buy getting a contractor with a harvester in and a forwarder , failing that i would say that you are peeing in the wind trying to do it in six days by hand - i do think that Brushcutter is working along the same lines as i would . if i may ask tho how many days do you want to do it in ?
  25. ha ha should be plenty of landrovers for sale soon then
