1. Everything winds me up that I don't do! But I say nothing and have developed an inner rage of continual Tourette's and negative thoughts!
2. Nisula John. I'll leave this hear for you guys! Try and not have to many involuntary groans!
3. I've got a 30 ton bottle jack I got for £30 20 years ago, just look around EBay or sales
4. Scouts ruining Forestery, well they do start out as Beavers!
5. I had a customer complain my logs were too dry! Just remove any form of connection with these types of people!
6. Kids in our village walk to school and older ones get the bus to high school. Maybe half a dozen get a lift in from farms. The texting drivers are mainly young woman that I see.
7. Don't speed , simple! I live in a small village and people drive through it too fast all the time, fancy hitting a kid at 40mph first thing in the morning while you are running late and not concentrating! I watch people text while speeding down past the school kids walking to school! Idiots! Good on the community for getting together and helping out the over stretched police .
8. The lads are not bothered because they think you are not bothered by not going off in 1. Offer them cash for not breaking something then they will think you are just soft!
9. Ha ha never seen that before, pretty much sums up all the new stuff in tree work since the Prussik Knot!
10. its a slow video for advertising kit, I do the same with a £100 rope and twenty old carabiners and home made slings, I don't have a return line, I just cut and zip. Zip lining is very efficient and much quicker than dragging brash, personally I wouldn't be doing it over that house as it's adds risk and the drag is easy, or take a chipper to the tree. This is an advert and the lads have done a good job. If we could price every job tomhave trained guys work like this it would be great and some companies do with some high end customers, most just have a climber and 2 labourers who can fill a saw and lift heavy things but each to their own.
11. Well done mate, years of hard work paying off!
12. Nice job silky.
13. That was week 9 on this job, that wasn't the worst banking by far! Whole site is on a big hill.
14. Good way to blow seals!
15. If it's happened a few times then open her up and lift the roller and clean it out. Get your guys to save leafy brash for later, with bigger Chippers the light heavy wood gets chipped to, later on in the dismantle, of it's all just pure timber then not everything gets pulled through and up the spout. I keep bits back if I notice lads not doing it.
16. I now sleep on my left hand side with2 pillows and ham myself with a bolster between me and my wife so I don't move! Backs so much better!
17. Thanks for all the input guys. Hope you feel better ambi!
18.
Hi, I never received a PM from you, email me on [email protected]

19. Air streams here, cracking boots
20. Don't forget the haulage on top of the day rate!
