  1. I got the app last night, its great.
  2. People are not mind readers, rather than accept your own mistake, you would rather blame others. It's happened, next time leave a cone, some brash whatever to make it clear that you would like to park there when you return. I would be more concerned if the chipper was insured or not since it isn't attached to a vehicle, either for loss or if someone drove into it.
  3. If your just having a play at lumberjack and want to be able to go to work, park in the town or chuck it and go a little drive after or even a spot of fishing. Get a Luton and a microchipper . I keep my mountain bike and golf clubs in mine through the summer . And keep the other £13k in the bank
  4. Singapore!
  5. Had 1 for about 4 years, best bag I've ever had.
  6. Portree!
  7. There's good for topping conifer hedges because you can jam your feet in anywhere and it doesn't hurt and working on steep ground and spiking. I was up a huge beech last week and it was lethal and it wasn't wet, there's no feeling through the sole.
  8. If its for woods then trailer/crane set up, you can lift bigger stuff. If you are using the tractor for other duties then I'd go for a jake plate mounting. Much more stable.
  9. I used it solely for about 2-3 years and on bigger jobs would hire my mate and van .
  10. Graham just for you I'll stick a big lump of Oak on the root plate , if it dies I'll know who to blame
  11. That's an option graham but right now the less decaying wood around the better imo. I'm hopefull the roots at the back will come to life so not wanting to squash them.
  12. The beech has garaderma anway:001_tt2:
  13. No targets except sheep! I'll leave it just now and give it s shove with the digger once a year to see if it needs guys:)
  14. A quick dress round the base and I'll rake it up properly when I shift the wood
  15. Lets keep on track guys, the OP thread title makes it clear he's looking for an alternative to spikes. Thanks
  16. My border is too timid now , she's not been right since we lost the old fox terrier! I took her to work last week and she ended up on the rd, something she would never do. And as for the German pointer, she's bananas in a good way!
  17. Not kelburn. I never heard of root juice, I'll look it up
  18. Is he climbing in a wooly hat?
  19. He must like you Reg, he wouldn't give me your number:sneaky2:
  20. Is that your tractor Graham? Very nice! Nice saw bench!
