  1. Cracking story Arthur, I bet that Night influenced your life massively!
  2. That's brilliant:thumbup1:
  3. Cheers that was excellent! It still doesn't answer my ladder up round a big over hang, how does he get up past onto the ledge to tie the ladder on? I'll keep looking tonight
  4. A truly awesome guy! I missed a talk with him at the local vintage tractor club when I was 20, the old farmer that my boss had a yard at said ' didn't think you'd know who he was ' I was gutted. Mi watched the ladder video last night, wow what a job! And as for laddering up around a ledge, how he would do that I don't know, I look for a video tonight on that !
  5. The animals went in 2 by 2 hiraar!
  6. Still heavy rain here!
  7. The price is ticking the box and looks like a simple solution to your problem but looks very light. It would be quite good for landscaping soil.
  8. FR jones ones have served me well
  9. Cheers guys, I think I'll get a pair.
  10. How are the soles on them ? I don't want a rigid sole.
  11. Customer had this in his back today! It was huge ! Any ideas?
  12. I think in NZ the climbers are the ones finding all the work, I'd be practising that in my spare time. Unless you are wanting to do something non physical.
  13. Never scrimp on a waterproof jacket for work! I wear a Swazi smock, goes down to just above my knees, I don't mind the bottom of my legs getting damp through the cutting trousers. My jacket is about 10 years old, lives under the seat of the Mog and is as good as the day I bought it, almost! It was £180 back then. I see no reason why I still won't have it in another 10 years.
  14. So they've attached a £20 pantin to a £200 set of spikes and want £553 for a set with no gaffs. And they aren't showing us a picture yet ? Was there another video I was meant to see:confused1:
  15. :confused1:re-Read my post, it was the old plastic screw ones the eejits broke:sneaky2: The flip caps are not perfect, they are just an improvement on the old version.
  16. They would find a way:biggrin:
  17. A few times I've had to make a wooden cap due to groundies slicing the old plastic ones in half with the combi key, The dim range, they'd be sold out for twice the price
  18. Don't fill the oil right to the top.
  19. I've seen this 1 before, very simple and effective.
  20. I would of thought they would of had a suppressant of some kind:confused1:
  21. Genius!!!!
  22. That's a tough 1 Rik! I think the best thing is keep away from google, it will fry your mind chasing an answer and do as the doctor says. Take care.
  23. As above, you'll not lift them but you could roll them out with a 3 tonner. If your a farmer, get a big chain and drag them out, then fix the mess with the 3 tonner
  24. Not sure, there will be a graph somewhere in the manual. You can jack the front up a fair bit with the blade, also lift 1 end on first and then shove it on. There is certainly a knack at getting the most out of the machine. The main lift is on the boom, so the closer you can get the better to what your lifting onto.
  25. Just with a top line aswell! I'd be in my backside with my legs wrapped round:blushing: Did you fell it after that, or keep clogging down that way?
