  1. Best post I've read all year Lol, well that p1553d on someone's bonfire. I could have inputted some Yama/Kioritz data but it's like banging your head on a brick wall.
  2. Now that is a very good point as I'm buying another tractor to go off winching so the 2130 can stay on the firewood. That beaten up old John Deere has done me proud; he just seems to enjoy working, bless him.
  3. Old 2130 tractor, old Japa 700. £3-4k tied up in that. Can do 12 loads a day with a 2 vehicle delivery system. Bugger all this massive money, grant funded paraphernalia, you'll do a bit more wood but won't be any better off. Same with harvesting, big numbers, big headaches.
  4. That is frankly very odd. Can you post some pics - I've got a theory brewing...
  5. Thankful it's dropped right off again. Steady trickle now, not the stampede of they other two weeks.
  6. The truth is that 550/560xp are the least reliable saws available. Sod that junk.
  7. It's like Stihl vs Husq
  8. Moray is still Basking in this thread, never haddock nuff of it.
  9. Haha classic! Deffo in my top 5 favourite threads of all time. Looking for. in there too. Plogs.
  10. Do I regret selling my M500 where this thread began? Sort of! It all comes down to the bottom line; X number of grand sitting there doing nothing. I can count on one hand the days I could have done with it since I sold, what 6 years ago. Damn good machine tho. I've got use of a TP100 tho if needs must; that throws chip as far and fast as Usain Bolt!
  11. Haven't a clue sorry. There are pressure test points on left hand side of the bullhead below the windscreen - I'll dig out the manual.
  12. [ame] [/ame]
  13. A Walker if you can get it... Not sure they're in the UK tho.
  14. This is very interesting. Mate and I bought a MS460 each at the same time from the same dealer some years ago. There was about 270 ish between the serial numbers. His weighed half a kilo more than mine (pho). Work that one out!
  15. There is a museum next to Stroud Leisure centre in Gloucestershire - can't recall the precise details sorry. They had a chainsaw collection back along. I remember seeing the craziest guide bars you ever saw.
  16. Note to self - follow up on this...
  17. If you find your 22 year old Escort grinds to a halt, try Vaz-eline instead of Valvoline...
  18. If you've got a 1994 Ford Escort, you're quids in! Keith Vaz MP is paying top money for 22 year old escorts.
  19. Doesn't apply to my processor but bio made one hell of a mess of my harvester head - gunges up everything solid. Rye oil chain oil is also too thick for it - a light SAE30 seems about right. Forget the anti-fling in this application; only the bottom of the bar ever cuts or takes pressure; not sure anti-fling works after the nose anyway tbh.
  20.
  21. I'll send a bulker up!
  22. It won't last hopefully
  23. I just got the Lidl one too! Won't go near saw chain, just piles of harvester chain.
  24. Sorry, all old. Not taking on any new customers lol.
