  1. Cornish Chough on here?; (avoid the one that comes up first on google)... Bit far for me unless I combine with other trip to that area; when tbd?
  2. JAS P are the Keto agent. edit; do you mean saw chain or tracks?
  3. About to drop 30 monster wych elms; firewood or other? Thanks.
  4. Recreational private problem... :001_rolleyes: Hello? Since when have these substances been legal?
  5. Obviously the mower sucks a bit so slewing uphill knocks it down and there's the lag to wait for. Heat hasn't been an issue. Minimum 3 tonner for the smallest berti head. As above, 1.5t going to struggle.
  6. Drugs are for losers, full stop.
  7. Berti heads mate; have proven themselves over 5 months mowing per year x over 6 years now...
  8. Reputation was that they threw number 3 con-rod at this kind of mileage; reputedly the hottest cylinder and an issue with the tightness of the water jacket in the block between # 3 and 4. Of those I've known of, atleast 50% have had the above issue.
  9. Dinoma (arbro) head; trialled in UK, not coming here following testing. Shame.
  10. dead, got 25 back orders to do as and when but will need to get cold soon!
  11. Not personally as it were, but aware of the old things yes.
  12. I'm going above the parapet then and saying that I do not wish to buy products from China. No racism, got plenty of chinese friends, not that kind of issue. Would prefer to buy British but of course no such option with many things esp saws so try to support ethical products in terms of mileage etc etc
  13. perfect; LHD might have to be lived with!
  14. I've had a gutfull of DMF's. They are to protect the transmission, not the crank so conversion to solid = imo
  15. STIHL China ? Quality ?Made by STIHL? | STIHL Blog and who said the saws were still made in germany!
  16. 5 tonner (U50-3 alpha), steel tracks (obviously), Uniforest 1300 grab with 4t baltrotor. Uniforest grab excellent value for money
  17. sad sad sad Saw for the woods; one of my enduring dreams is to be felling timber with a pro-grade mcculloch; in honour of what was once the greatest name in chainsaws; back in the 50's there were danarms and McCullochs (no stihls and huskies); the latter piston porting invented by Bob McCulloch has never been bettered. I guess the dream will have to stay a dream. But if I was a multi-trillionaire I'd be buying whatever rights and revive the company and make amazing saws
