  1. since this was edited the last sentence no longer makes sense. Add the word rubbish on the end.
  2. +1 to process - sycamore
  3. Forget it right now; seriously don't waste another calorie of brain power wondering about it. They are proper
  4. Hankook Dynapro MT's here (RT03) - well pleased... Had the Toyo Open Country before the above current Hankooks; wish I'd just gone with full MT's in the first place, the Toyos were arse twitching in the wet on tarmac (postively dangerous imo) and ok off road until it got wet. The Hankooks on the other hand are less direct on the road but awesome in the slime.
  5. +1. Reckon DeWalt quality has gone down, likewise Hitachi. Bosch Pro & Mak
  6. Had a bottle of red
  7. One of thousands...
  8. Must visit venue mate; want to meet for a pint up there before Christmas? The food is good honest stuff tbh. Best visited in a blizzard. Soussons was the first forest I ever worked in self employed before the days of harvesters. Thinning larch? Not clearfelling ?
  9. I'll buy all of it if possible and uplift. Please pm. Thanks.
  10. go 3/8 I reckon
  11. get that table near as waist height asap!
  12. My local
  13. I accept it is brutal, I don't need educating about beam trawling; been there done that, many family members in Newlyn, done my time on 'em. The second link is wrong ref undersize fish. Get yourself on a beamer, then make judgements.
  14. That bs hasn´t been heard for years! Are you disputing the infamous triangle gauge?
  15. The spruce should fetch £25/metre for firewood...
  16. Beaming in the blood; I won't be singing.
  17. log customer visited his son in the US recently; was telling me a JD ride on mower was £700 (converted to £ from whatever $) over there, over £2000 here!
  18. Yes parts easy. Mak parts will fit but unlikely to need them. There were rumours of Dolmars being sold in the UK proper - shavey knows more about that... Meantime I'm happy buying US saws as the spec is better... My head hurts!
  19. £760.50 on FRJ... £760.00 Radmore & Tucker 50p wars
  20. http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/chainsaws/60471-new-cat-among-pigeons-saw-first-one-lucky-arbtalker-shavey.html
  21. as above, loads of threads elsewhere about the differences between so called identical saws - they are not! Carburretor just for starters... Price above was for 16" but not heated - will have to get quote for that...
  22. EXACTLY. As per my post a page or so back. Precisely my experience. Good post; glad I'm not the only one.
