  1. Oh my goodness, 7. Nutso.
  2. Sorry i just started another thread with same thing, mad game:lol:
  3. A goal every 6 minutes in the first 30 :lol::lol::lol:
  4. as op below
  5. Likewise, my "crap and girly" L200 has outworked and outlived 3 defender hi-caps that were main dealer maintained at co expense.
  6. A T Osbourne is (was) yer boy for roof cranes / guarding but I've a horrible feeling Mark has knocked it on the head - still worth a try as customer service top notch. £90k for a TomD setup from Wilsons; hmmmm...
  7. IYO and you may be right, but a private address imo should remain private.
  8. Remove your address... for security purposes...
  9. Nice. Can't see the head model # in the pic? 901.2/3 base unit? Only warning - maxi computer. Now if you re-head that, you will deffo want a viking... I asked what my 2005 754 head would be worth - £6k ish vs £60k for a new one bare metal rebuild rather when the time comes...
  10. Yep, do it all the time; have used it to move and stack timber (machine with timber grab on). Works lovely.
  11. +1 for Viking then. RC reckoned if I was to replace my head in future, either keep it original or go with Viking, that's it. Flat out is putting it mildly and still not keeping up with the harvester; long steep extraction = 1x7m3 load every hour vs 20m3/hour being cut
  12. Indeed; 461 much better p/w ratio. Now in the same dilema myself; 461 or 660/661. I know I can go all day on a 461 happily but mindful of some big sticks on the horizon and want to be able to have everything covered...
  13. haha. "Propwash" was my initiation at 16; go over runway to collect open drum of said liquid which was tap water and a toilet block lol. They filled it to the brim and I had to sack-truck it back to the hanger without spilling it on apron / runway as it would melt it! Every damn aero engineer was at their hanger doors killing themselves as I freaked with each little spillage!!! hahaha :lol:
  14. Ok update, out of those, I'm going to say the Waratah 460 or the Keto. Had a good chat with Richard Court yesterday whilst he was going through our Timberjack H754 head. However, the best head for your application is none of these but rather a Viking. Forget Kesla - not good heads despite the overall co reputation for other stuff. Re chestnut, our 754 aka HTH460 is stripping it to hell and will not delimb branches over 2" irrespective of knife pulsing; plenty fast enough on nice stuff though but the stuff I've now finished cutting is very toppy; I would not say the short chassis and 4wd are of any benefit. Saying that I've seen a SP561 and a Keto 150 in hardwood recently and I think the 754/460 is better; the SP is a softwood only head for sure.
  15. My sister lives in Glasgow, I asked around down here in devon / cornwall if anyone was interested in the rare model clio si dti she was selling a couple of years ago. Plenty of interest until they found out it was from Glasgow! Reason - scottish weather and glasgow pot-holes = rotten automobile. The conversation would go from "sounds nice" to "not touching it thankyou" and "it'll end up in Manchester where all the other Scots cars wind up". Funnily enough, all the best cars I've ever had were from Bristol!
  16. Dolmar PS-7910 haha
  17. correct; load a lot of PRJL at Newton Abbot too.
  18. Crawler Tracked Tractor Winch Morooka MK50 Forestry | eBay
  19. Sorry I've not read the whole thread. Golden rule we used to abide by was to run dry and put a drop of 2-stroke oil through the plug whole and turn over a few times before laying up for the winter (was hedgecutters in context but obv applies to all engines). With bioethanol in fuel, the run dry is I would imagine extremely important.
  20. Nice one. You still after a harvester? I'm lookimg for a 5f, 830 or 1170 now aswell...
  21. What length can you get on it i.e. what are the bay lengths? Fantastic buy, bet you're well happy. Was plugging through deep mud in the bruunett today, fully loaded uphill; that international 574 engine is an absolute gem - it just grunts its way through with a lovely sound
  22. I was quoting senior marine engineer at Rolls Royce
  23. No freaking way! :cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::BoomSmilie_anim::BoomSmilie_anim:
