  1. Great saw, get a 15inch bar for everyday use and have a 20inch bar ready to use as and when the time arrises

  6. I dont use slings whilst lowering, just tie a running bowline. So a splice would be pointless and just make tying the knot a PITA.

  9. What truck do you have, can you mount a towball on the front, then push the chipper in that way. Cheap and very effective.
  10. I was told by a B.T worker that transit connects are the vechial that fails its M.O.T the most. Hence why B.T replaced there whole fleet with vauxhals

  16. Haha unfortuantly for me its only the older ladies who know the whole magnum pi thing. No chicks my age have a clue You can noramlly guarantee though, if theres a new woman in the bank she will always comment on it. Does get abit irritating, but you gotta have a giggle about these things.
  17. Yep your right. We used an old pair of type C trousers at college, put a log inside and put an 088 through it. It kept cutting through the trousers, through the log and out the other side.

  20. Looked like a good crack, ive been laying/building decking the last few days as theres no tree work. Is the chap in pic 9 blowing in the fuel or water tank? I had to blow in our old stump grinders petrol tank to push some fuel through, when i took my mouth off and broke the "seal" i got a mouth full of petrol
  21. A sachs dolmar 123 would suit you very well, and i just happen to know of one going cheap.. Doubt your assesor would be very happy if you rocked up with that bad boy though. I would reccomend a ms341 or 361 if you can afford it.
  22. I dont think you would achieve much load space by turning your 90 into a tipper, plus it would a shame to start cutting up that sweet landy! I would buy a 110 or 130.
