When you recieve confirmation of your felling licence application it clearly states 'Whilst we deal with your application, you must ensure that felling does not start until a licence has been issued'. ( taken from a current licence application) I meant less than 5m3 for 'non licence applications' -

If you are going to spray it, you need to add an adjuvent to the mix, because the leaves are waxy and the mix won't stick. If i remember rightly, the best time to spray is June time. Check ALL the simple things
