When you recieve confirmation of your felling licence application it clearly states 'Whilst we deal with your application, you must ensure that felling does not start until a licence has been issued'. ( taken from a current licence application) I meant less than 5m3 for 'non licence applications'

  18. If you are going to spray it, you need to add an adjuvent to the mix, because the leaves are waxy and the mix won't stick. If i remember rightly, the best time to spray is June time. Check ALL the simple things
