  6. Me neither, especially when we can fit stone for a similar cost per m2! But the client is paying the bill and thats what they wanted so thats what they got. Its actually quite nice once the water feature is going and the sun is shining!
  7. Where do you get the green teeth from?
  8. I dont feel they were minascule reductions, more of a cost effective aesthtic R&R! This is minascule..
  9. David, was the tree felled because of the Gannoderma Sp. or have you conciquently found this? Ignore - must read posts more carefully before posting!
  10. Good shots there ady, Dont get many big mac's in coventry!
  11. Great news Justin, congrats to you all!!
  12. Bit of a deck we fitted at a school to make an area for the "older" kids, probably have graffiti all over it by now!
  13. I'm sure Lewis drives using TWO hands on the steering wheel !
  14. Nice set of shots Josh, looks like your living the life mate. Might be worth a mention to all the newbie arb's that are reading the comments that its a great job, the work positioning and use of the saw is not to the book. My trainee guys come on here looking for tips etc, there is no way I want them swinging round the tree using the saw one handed! You are obviously perfectly competant, Josh and how you work is up to you.
  15. Driver training may be made availiable to the right applicant.
  16. This is the only one of Robs showing on his website...
  17. Good to have you down pal! There have been a few threads on here recently with people looking for staff, when things are slack you'll have to go to the work rather than waiting for it to come to you.
  18. I will be booking Luke on 38/39 soon too, giving him a little more trainiing in the tree first though.
  19. Yes, Dan and Luke went down - hope you did ok?
  20. Your derailing Bray - back to Risk Assessments !
  21. They were clever taking the tracker off and leaving it in solihull for the day then!
  22. and its Rotheram! Youve only known me for 20+ years!
