  1. A couple more the guys took today along with Joes new Avatar!
  2. I tried to get it in sequence on the way down but a couple were blurred so only got it as it left the cut one about half way (below) and as it hit the deck!!
  3. Its the first one we have been let lose on, the guy has a wonderfull garden (4 acres!) nice open site for a change!

  11. It is a problem, esp if you have been recommended for delicate works. If a client wants you there why not attend site first thing to get the team set up by going through exactly whats going on with the client present and introduce them to your team leader so they have peace of mind. This will then leave you time to continue with your day.
  12. I think you'll find according to 5837 the Araucaria araucana has not reached 1.5m tall in order to measure its stem diameter and even if it had it would be under 75mm

  15. Nothing wrong with a transit for multi prupose use, providing its tastefully fabricated with nice sign writing they can look smart and professional. Depends how your delievring your logs, loose, bagged...?
  16. £5k seems cheap, whats wrong with it?

If he gives him a receipt this may be concived as an invoice, this would then give the argument by the employer that the employee was self employed therefore the employee is liable to make the payments and contributions. I agree if the employer has no evidence from employee that he is paying his own NI and tax its the employers responsibility to pay it.
