    Nice Job graham, how much longer do you think it took to do in comparison with a "normal" crown reduction? We did our first cuts on a mature Ash and some of the cuts took around 20 mins each to do!

    I've had exactly the same response from most domestic customers so it was nice to finally get a tree in a position where the aesthetics were not a priority!

    Thanks David Not sure how long the cuts took will find out, luckily the tree is located in a rough paddock area so everything got chipped onto site, the sawdust stayed exactly where it fell

    I tried to get it in sequence on the way down but a couple were blurred so only got it as it left the cut one about half way (below) and as it hit the deck!!

    We have been asked to remove the end weight (most of limbs!) of 2 large branches on a mature Ash and undertake Coro Cuts, pictures show the start of the job, will post finished pictures when we go back...

    This version has been revised to include the WAH regs and rescue procudures, better speaking to the AA for the latest, or book on the course - they do a day one with Lantra certificate.

    It is a problem, esp if you have been recommended for delicate works. If a client wants you there why not attend site first thing to get the team set up by going through exactly whats going on with the client present and introduce them to your team leader so they have peace of mind. This will then leave you time to continue with your day.

    I think you'll find according to 5837 the Araucaria araucana has not reached 1.5m tall in order to measure its stem diameter and even if it had it would be under 75mm
