  4. hi all anyone got any thoughts on this. was asked to put a small piket fence up for a customer, for keeping chickens from going into the garden, i got all the materials, arrived on the job and the customer wasnt happy with the height of the fence he thought the chikens could jump over it, i got 3 ft high picket panels. i thought these were more than suitable for the job. but the customer didnt. i have chickens myself and have 3 ft high fence and i never have any problems with them jumping. anyone else got any thoughts? i no the customers always right, but so am i.
