Second that Lorry. Good price on the Cyclone, did you hi-jack a wagonload? I think the key word here is supplement. Protein shakes will never replace a good, balanced diet, but I do find them useful to give that extra top-up when you're working really hard. Don't worry about overdoing it, you just fart the extra stuff out.

Another big Airstream fan here. Rich convinced me to give them a go, and they have been awesome. Sole is just starting to peel away at the front, so I'll try and get them glued at the cobblers. Damn good boots.
