  1. Have a look at "invoice to go".
  2. You seen quire obsessed about the cycle time. Bear in mind that there is more to cycle time than just the pump, your pipework and valve can be a serious restriction, a bigger pump will force it through but it will get hot pretty quick
  3. Its not that much money involved though is it, the oil only sees the tank pump bar and chain, of those only the bar and chain are anything like at risk
  4. Yup Anyone got a bit of gaffer tape? Oh and the rear AV spring bent on day 1 but that's par for the course

    From the album: General

  6. That's the easy bit:thumbup1: Then one of these if you don't have something you can use Add a bit of steel and some pipework, and in the time tested tradition of agricultural engineering, kick it all in a pile and weld it where it touches.
  7. Agreed but its the length that's causing the problem and the safety issues are entirely related to the height. The manufacturer would be the best place to ask, particularly since its a new machine
  8. That's a safety standard not a CE standard. CE marking is just the manufacturer saying that the kit conforms to safety standards, The C in CE stands for conformity.
  9. Its a brand of ultra light penetrating oil
  10. It's not mine and it wasn't built to a CE standard, they don't produce standards for chippers or anything else. The length of the discharge won't be an issue for CE marking but the height would be, you can get the height you need without all that length.
  11. How would you do that.?
  12. See post 1:laugh1:
  13. Speak to the pump supplier about the pump when you have the ram specification Make sure the tank is big enough, more oil will take longer to warm up You can get all the bits from flowfit
  14. Clean them with wD40 or similar then a tiny bit of lube, graphite or silicone.
  15. I am going to point out the blindingly obvious in the title Graphite powder is used to lubricate the gate action and a build up is due to lack of cleaning.
  16. Definitely. The spout in the box is causing your problems
  17. Amen to that:thumbup:
  18. That's not a covenant its a land charge, covenants are something entirely different They don't have to pay a percentage, they have to pay whatever is owed and interest
  19. In the UK you just don't get tips like you do sausage side
  20. Same here:thumbup1:
  21. What sort of discount have you been offered? You need to buy a LOT to get pennies off, then you need to store it and keep it secure A fuel card might be a better option
  22. Have the dimensions of the splitter ram to hand when you call, they will be able to match the pump better:thumbup1:
  23. I like it and I want it, or one like it. Clear your inbox mate
  24. Speak to flowfit, they will send it to you on the PTO gearbox of your choice
  25. This is a 2 stage pump It delivers high volume at low pressure until is encounters resistance p, at which point it swaps to high pressure low(er) volume It makes the ram move as quicker until it touches the timber then slower but with more force Hydraulic Gear Pumps Two Stage Hi-Lo Gear Pumps Run it on a bog standard open centre valve
