  10. I'm still in shock as someone says they work 250 days a year, thats madness…...
  11. Was that private mark or the nhs?
  12. Get well soon auld yin, i fear though your finished, a future of wearing wolf fleeces, using benefit sticks and delivering take away food at night in your mobility car awaits you…...
  13. I got it, just fill in the form as normal and email it to the usa instead of the UK chapter. The pre approval form is that, let them know what courses you are going on and they will tell you if you can collect CEU,s from it. I think its great the UK chapter finished as it was always a hassle, dealing directly with the usa has been so easy.
  14. They have never once questioned mine. Banks will try there hardest to get as much money out you as possible, Coke and whores do not come cheap for there xmas parties !!!
  15. I'm the same a second personal account then a third for my tax money:biggrin:
  16. Would it not make more sense to cut the 2 way off the end of the flip line and place a 3 way directly on to the flip line?? if the 2 ways done why keep it, unless this was done in the field, even then there still looks room at the end of that flip line to put a 3 way directly on rather than an old split tail.
  17. When stretching you should ALWAYS set a timer for each stretch because 10 seconds feels like a week in the jail !!! so a couple of minutes and move to the next.
  18. Kretz on a recent sycamore fell, I've never seen the green before.
  19. Stretch, stretch and stretch some more, nothing will keep away injuries than your muscles ability to be working within there limit of movement. Body weight exercises to build strength, especially tendon strength and grip. I never done any of the above I've opted for loads of martial arts and running and I'm now after many years paying the price.
  20. If he phones you Just say "no i did not" and hang up the phone, because you said you did not bend it so he must be telling lies.
  21. 560 is a great saw i much prefer it to the 357 it replaced.
  22. Watch if you are buying a generator one they usually have a tapered shaft you will need the straight one. I bought a 13hp one from GEM Engines they were not that expensive.
  23. that is without a doubt the fastest and sharpest thing I've ever seen you post mate, very very funny
  24. Massive difference from the last time i seen it Tom, looks brilliant.
  25. Lead by example, make it clear what you want done but always be open to a better way to do it if a member of staff suggests it, always tell them what they are doing right first not what they are doing wrong, positive reinforcement is an important tool. good luck.
