  1. one i done a while back, i have done a few bridges some with the alaskan mill felling the oak on site others bringing everything too site. Dont have many pictures though its something i have only started to do on a regular basis.
  2. Superb mate the client must be happy with that, you may not like hedges but you certainly take pride in cutting them
  3. You should get one for nothing, take down that big elm with it then write a review!!! Thats a cheap bit of advertising right there for the woody and you get one to keep for your trouble
  4. Yes mate i would be very interested to see it work, is it raining there? i am finished for the day its bucketing down.
  5. Yep the cones is the way to go, i got mine free with the liner from here Flexible flue liners UK - flexible chimney lining for chimneys
  6. cheers man, sounds like they have a place in the tool box, yep do that trick with the green but today i had 8" off a hedge with very little wood just green and it was wet!!! Are these small chippers drum chippers? i can see a real advantage for a lot of my work with one of these.
  7. That is what i was revering too.
  8. Welcome felix, now get away and split some wood:001_tt2:
  9. Nice work Rich i liked how you used the chips. How do they chip wet leylandii/privet do they not get choked up with being so small? my camon sometimes gets choked although i put a pipe on the shute and hook the blower up to it the leaf is soaked that gives it extra blast
  10. Yep got soaked only as far as my skin though:001_smile: Have you to chip and clear that site Tom or is it getting left as "habitat pile" i like wood wasps:thumbup:
  11. Can you get these small chippers into the back of the truck via a ramp say or do you have to carry them on a trailer, i like the idea as some of the jobs i have done the brash had to come through the house, never nice, to take the chipper to the brash and leave it on site would have been excellent.
  12. as always Tom a good video, i like how you show it how it happens and dont edit the glitches that we all get, nice work mate.
  13. i did my own as well, some of the gas liners are class 1 ( so my brother-in-law gas fitter tells me) so in theory you could just hook your wood burner flu into that you may have to re-instate a chimney but thats easy peezy.
