  1. Just stand and wee in your trousers, soon shuts them up!!!! lol joke! Just shout TIMBER and run away screaming, you might not get the job but at least you wont have to hear the rest of the story!!!
  2. Yes it was, we had it on demo for the day as looking to change my chipper. um er its a nice colour for sure!!!!!! Wont be buying one though. We did try the Bc200, thats a good chipper though.
  3. Wierd, mines a d22 on an 03 plate and its solid. Have been waiting for it to blow up but it just keeps on going. I tow too much with it, winch off it and currently been driving it into trees on a regular denting occurance!! The new ones just dont seem to cut it as useful anymore. Mind you the next one for me is going to be the Isuzu Rodeo.
  4. Any climber you have to get out of the tree on the rigging rope and pulley is a tad heavy!! you would be better on the other end of the rope lowering big bits from the ground!!!
  5. Hi Tim

I think it may look like your old one unless you were a builder!! I bought it off a builder as a flat bed and then built the back out of steel and ali myself. Unless its cloned and the number plate is cloned!!!!!!

  6. I think nay as i made that one, but styling if it was like it!!
  7. I just got one from Justin, 2x4 is perfect, so far we reckon 150-60 feet for a tennis ball and the golf ball went too far. Dog walking has never been easier!!! Oh its good for getting the throw line in the tree too!!!! or launching digestives at the climber!!!
  8. Here is my answer to high hedges!!
  9. I've taken the rack off to straighten it!! I bought it with a decent dent in the guard!!!! At least I know it works, also getting it extended over the windows.
  10. I wouldnt say i am a fan but here is mine!!! Corners like a bowl of jelly!!! Very good for crown lifting and long long hedges!

  20. Alpine magnum is a great bit of kit. Have used one many times for difficult stumps. Or contract them out, someone elses problem and back ache then!!!!
  21. We had the BC 160 out on demo a few months ago and to be honest we were not all that impressed by it. The machine itself is very well built but to keep the weight down and make it a turn table they put a 25hp engine in it. This struggles as the video shows in some conifer. The infeed is 7.5 inches which is great for forks etc but the thicker wood kills it!! I have just tried the bc200 which is brilliant! 22. It isn't experimental rigging, if I think it will work, I make it work!
  23. I can vouch for martins high standard of work as he has sub contracted to me on many occasions. Technical tree work and rigging systems are his strong points and his reductions are top class. I cannot recommend him high enough to anyone considering him for work. Feel free to call me for a reference on 07730683069. A top class climber for sure. David.
  24. Look at the Greenmech cs100, the high in feed of the timber wolf looks annoying.
