  2. Thanks for posting this very interesting. I have lots of oaks showing these signs and a wood near me had the Agrilas beetle and it killed all the oaks. Maybe we could use this thread to post pictures of our sick oak trees to help in the research:thumbup:

  4. I have lots like that Bart i will get some pics:001_smile: David there is an oak tree on the estate that was hit by a lightning aircraft in the 70s the pilot died. They tell me part of the wing is still in the tree, i have read the newspaper report an old man in the village has got it framed and hanging on his wall:001_smile:
