  1. Can see why you want a winch to pull out that cable! Such a good looking machine, get some videos up of her working soon Eddie.
  2. You won't regret it, get the lopper head for the poles as well as so far 1 of the best I've had and gets used far more than I thought.
  3. Go outdoors of all places, proper tilly hat, twas on offer and keeps sun of my bald patch and stops ears getting burnt.
  4. Out for lunch and a walk with my two today nice chillout
  5. I've worked with them in the past and are fantastic machine but the pricetag, no thankyou. If I was after a big pto machine I can see the benefits of them but for a tow behind for the size of my business.... hard to justify.
  6. On the app at the top where it says inbox, tap that and it'll give you the option to go to sent messages aswell, took me a bit as well to find it, still prefer the mobile site for easy of use.
  7. That good eh, they seem to be like the 201 of the chipper world, get a good 1 and love it or get a pile of poo and hate it! I may also have to visit this ciza serving angel of the north but for non fruit based fermented beverages instead ;-) Enjoy your night.
  8. That a Forst st8 Paul? Getting 1 on demo next week hopefully to see if it lives up to its reputation. That mog looks like it's making lite work of what would have been a mission otherwise! Cool job!
  9. That is such a nice video, well done, added to my favourites list for sure, so chilled out both in the editing and soundtrack, where do you source these soundtracks from? Definitely a video I'll be revising.
  10. All good jon, just having a clear out of stuff that hardly gets used these days to create a few more funds for a chipper upgrade. Since getting the Hb20 the rg13 hasn't been out once so no point keeping it.
  11. Hope you do another as no chance I can wriggle out of what iv got booked already.
  12. Base of the ring finger is where the predictability switch is in a women, ones a ring go's on its permanently set to off! ;-) Has a similar specter at my shoulder before so politely asked him to come and read and sign my risk assessment and offered to lend him the heaviest hottest high viz jacket and helmet to keep him safe, sharp disappeared in as it was sweltering :-D
  13. Any one know the paint code for a rg13 as need to weld a crack in the curved bit over the cutter head in an otherwise spotless machine so want to re paint that bit afterwards to keep it looking rite before I sell it.
  14. That was us just trying to get the last branches chipped and in. With a 1928 on turntable the spout is just over 2.8m tall so actually higher than the top of my chipbox which would mean having to open the lid every time or fire down so not packing it into the headboard. Also be close to the top of the shed door when putting it away. Still not got a price back from ts since speaking to them at the show and again on Monday after so that's not looking good on them!! Now it's down to going inline or hanging on to see if forst bring 1 to market by the end of the year.
  15. Yeh, might have been ok with a bigger vehicle with a proper full box but on a transit with a open top, terrible! Spoke to greenmech yesterday and the spout on the 19-28 turntable is a good 30cm higher than the quadchip which could be a problem and we will end up chipping like this all the time.
  16. I spy a gopro in that picture so I'm hoping a video is on its way, looks a pita matty.
  17. I should hope it is, probably 1 of the best built turntable machines on the market with the ££ and kg to match unfortunately. Is she typical vermeer and quite messy with where the chip go's?
  18. Revamp of an old thred. The 1928 on a turntable... how high is the discharge spout as if it ends up being much higher than my current quadchip it would be a pain filling the front of the chipbox without half the chip ending up on top of the box. whts the total kg on this moddle and has any 1 actualy used 1. just got a price of orange plant today and could be tempting.
  19. Good doing business with you guys, just need to get a price for the pelter com's for kesc helmets as they were so good when we had a play 1st thing sat.
  20. Fixed, I'm not professional at it yet.
  21. I could.splice a nice bowline into the end if you like ;-)
  22. That'll be why people happily pay me £150 a day on the odd occasion I do a climbing day for someone else ;-) But your absolutely correct it's very dependent on location and what you bring to the party but also how many other freelancers are available locally.
  23. Not hit 1 while milling but found quite a few in trees.
  24. Don't see the problem, the strap looks in good condition and perfectly rated for the load. ;-)
