  2. well done mate.
  3. isn't there a firm that does conversions where the floor drops down and it is basically a panel van? I think they're called razorbacks or something.
  4. lets just hope skyhuck doesn't read this as we'll never hear the end of how he has been right all along
  5. to quote one of the guys on it "You can't fix stupid"
  6. when i worked in essex we had two mink in the grounds near the pheasant rearing pens which were full of poults:thumbdown: well we did until the estate gamekeepers came along with the twelvebore:thumbup: i didn't know that mink vaporised at fifty paces:lol:

  10. you could try Kam diffs or a detroit locker which works in a similar way to the arb locker i think.
  11. apparently THE show to go to is the F R Jones show in kent. Anybody who is a body in arb goes:001_tt2:
  12. or go down to your local 4x4 place and get a proper winching sail which will absorb some of the recoil and make the cable highly visible to any bystanders.
  13. i was going to say the same bob. Are you going to do any in leeds/Cas kev?
  14. if you lads want to do the same as sean i can fit two lanky lumps in the back of the landy:001_tt2:
  15. sean if you get the train from leeds station to crossgates i can pick you up on my way over or if you want to drive over to my house and jump in with me thats fine. i'll send you a pm with my mobile etc if you want.
  16. i just paid 4k for a 54 plate transit panel van with 66,000 on the clock. The place i got it from had a 54 plate double cab transit tipper for 9k. If you really want a landy you're looking at double your budget but that is for a really good used vehicle.
  17. saw something in hort weekly from the Arb Association about how all these youngsters are coming into arb and going to college and being trained is good for the industry blah blah blah; but what happens to the majority of these lads when they leave college? straight back on the dole because there's no jobs for them. Talk about catch 22.

also 'butch and sundance' as in "that tree looks like butch and sundance did it" means anything that looks of a obviously sub-standard nature carried out by cowboys with their b&q special.
