  1. Just popped into local millets and bought a camo base layer for 10 quid, cant go wrong with that, seems comfortable too.
  2. What do guys use? i'd like something that does well on MPG but also has the capabillity of 4wd. Have a freelander at the momment, which i get about 35-40 depending how quick i go. Was thinking maybe ford ranger but not sure what mpg is,?
  3. Welcome to the forum. At least when nothing good is on T.V you have this to do. beats most things, apart from climbing that is.
  4. Never had one, and hope i never do.I have had a log crush my finger though and rip my nail off since it got trapped between the log and the steel bit on ifor williams trailer, that hurt big time. The lad who helped me pick it up drop it before i had the chance to let go. OUCH!

Nothing to do with the thread about building post knockers, but seen some horrible accidents with them, some bloke, typical farmer, held a post with his hand, the guy in cab on the controls released it and it hit the blokes hand, ripping the skin off his hand. was sick. Always hate using them.

  16. They still teach you the 3 knot system now, and also using the other end of your rope. Even though there is some difference in opinion whether you should be using that way or not.
