  1. Some very nice work there Reg. Thanks for sharing. Thought some of the lowering was a bit rough though, great otherwise.
  2. Been on here before. Makes me laugh though.
  3. Thanks, took around 4/5 hrs taking it steady. Its still quite a rough finish and needs run over with a belt sander. Can see why people enjoy doing it, i enjoyed making it, even though its not fantastic. Better than just ringing it up for firewood.
  4. Thanks Rob, been looking at your site, some good pic's on there, like the oak table.
  5. These are the legs which lock underneath the bench.
  6. Just cut slots with the chainsaw, and chiseled it out, and the back slots in, ive put wedges in the the cut to keep it extra tight.
  7. First time I've tried making anything with a chainsaw. Nothing too complicated, just a bench i made today, since we finished work early.
  8. Received my order today Justin. Thanks very much.

  9. Bit of a trek for me, but a few of us are going. Havent decided on a date yet.
  10. Go to Jonsie's show, he'll help you out with choosing the right gear. I normally go for 45m, but i do have 37,25 too. Shizzle me Nizzle.
  11. You were lucky, had the same not long ago, the brake line bust under hard braking, not with a trailer though. Was the Gearbox ok after using the handbrake? Im sure the handbrake is on the propshaft isnt it?
  12. Thanks for the additional info.
  13. Anyone have the specs for this saw please?
  14. Worked ok for me. Take it you've had problems with them?
  15. I hired this recently to cut the ivy back.
  16. Been every year for around 6-7yrs. I know the family who run it personaly and have sometimes helped out with things. Tbh though, its seemed to have lost alot of stalls and people and has never been as good as i remember, was gutted of last years show, so didnt bother going this year. Suppose it depends what your interested in though. Its a really good day out for the kids with face painting and crafts they have there.
  17. Dont think there is a problem with climbing with both ends of your rope. Think there is a time and place for it, and its good for getting to places which can be challanging, as it gives a bit more support, but it can also be a pain in the backside. What i do, do is make sure i dont have a loop hanging in the air, so just use a longer rope.
  18. Have a 192t, starts fine, and revs fine, but under load, it looses power and the chain comes to a stop, this is cutting small stuff and not putting pressure on it. I thought it could of been compression, but its at the shop and he tells me its not compression. I'm not very good with chainsaw problems so any advice welcome.
  19. The only thing i didn't like with it, is its either on or off.
  20. Thats a good point Steve. I'll have to use a different Hitch or just buy a soft link.
