  6. go on the HETAS web site and click on the find an installer box put ya postcode in and you should find someone local to you
  7. to conform with Hetas you need minimum 1.6 mm galv steel sheet if the chimney is in good condition then no liner required just make sure there are at least 2 150mm x150mm access holes in the register plate for sweeping. also if you are going to fix angle to support the register plate its best to use concrete screws so no plastic plugs that can melt

  9. as above install a CO alarm just in case also you could try blocking you chimney off as somtimes a chimney not being used can draw smoke down especially if your using an extractor when cooking

  19. a sweep who is registered with NACS or guild of sweeps will issue you with a certificate if you have a flexi liner it is best to use a sweep that has a power sweep system as this does less damage to the liner
