  1. This is not quite right, 1000,1200,1400,1600, are all the narrower chassis. The 1300,1500,1700,2100,2400 are the larger chassis. The 1300L's are the military personnel carriers, that have a narrow chassis.
  2. That would still cause no issue, I think some one may have selected diff locks while on the road, that would destroy the diffs.
  3. Alex Price would be my recommendation for a dealer.
  4. Thats strange, you can select 4X4 at any speed, with out issue, if I'm doing heavy towing I put mine into 4X4 on hills without slowing, never had a problem.
  5. The numbers refer to the model and also indicate horse power, so a 1600 is generally 160HP, but this is not always the case. No two mogs are alike, you need the chassis number to get a break down of spec. Personally I would try to get a U1200 rather than a U1000, much more power, due to being Turbo'd. What type of work will you be manly doing?? are you going to be pulling a trailer??

Surely no one bids until 2 seconds from the end, well I know thats what I do.
  7. The british works may "attend" for more hours than other nations, but unfortunately IME many do not "work" as hard as other nations.
  8. Its rejected by a different department. (well it is here) It wins them some time anyway, as always only talking from my own experience.
  9. So long as the trees can be easily identified without a plan, no plan is required. I don't think I have ever submitted a plan with a CA notification and often don't with a TPO application. I think in these days of cut backs some LA's will try to find any excuse to reject a application/notification, as it lessons their work load.
  10. I honestly think the 201 plastics are better, much stronger around the exhaust. The plastic bit you describe (under the brake) stops twigs going under the top handle and damaging the stop wire, the later 200's has a similar thing.
  11. Which part of the 201t is plastic, that on the 200t was not?
  12. The French guy who was gunning people down made all sorts stupid mistakes, emailed one of his victims, etc. These nut jobs are not the sharpest tools in the box, so they are often easily caught.
  13. Thats poor service IMO, I know for a fact that my dealer would remove apart from a new saw if needs be, to keep me going. But I have been going to my dealer for over 20 years and have a very good relationship them, obviously I don't know what sort of relationship you have with your deal.
  14. Funny how I managed to do OK in the comp at Justin's, beating many using VT's
  15. They are only able to see who is communicating with who, if they want to read the content of your emails they will still need a court order. I really do see what all the fuss is about??, but then I guess I have nothing to hide.
  16. Mine does the same, but I don't find it gets pulled off and I like it, because it means I don't need to use the ball.
