  1. I hear what your saying, I'm by no means a big man, but if my wife does not buy L or even XL they are too tight and end up going back, I reckon in reality I should be a medium.
  2. WOW good for him, I guess thats what they call an "exit strategy"
  3. You were being shafted
  4. If YOU damage your own kit on someone else's job, I would say that is your responsibility to sort it in your own time. Its when OTHERS damage your gear that they should sort it, IMO.
  5. Really?? even the Protector Pro's????
  6. Looks to pill it through well in the clop!!!
  7. That is truly hideous!!
  8. If thats Pop I'm a Russian
  9. Or they are making a vid
  10. I had the orange haix last (also now in black) They were comfy and lasted fairly well, but I found I needed to tighten the laces several times throughout the day, I would go back to the standard Protector Pro's given chance
  11. I'm fairly sure 4 pointy fingers constitutes bulling David.
  12. Really?? Which model Stevie?? I've not seen a front mount ducker without blower for over 13 years, must be a much bigger flywheel than my first 6"er, I had extra paddles fitted to the back of the flywheel, but it still lacked draft
  13. How I wish that was true!! I really wanted them to be great, people seemed to rave about them, I have some Meindl walking boots, which are great. At first I thought the cold feet was me lacing them up too tight, but I have tried walking socks, loose laces, insoles etc, etc, but they are unfortunately crap
  14. You bugger!!! It was your comments that got me thinking I need to change!!!, I'm disappointed Ian, very disappointed!! .
  15. My son's pair did that, we returned them and they were replaced with new
  16. Were the trees winter felled???
  17. I'd sooner know who the idiots are and get shut.
  18. Happens every year, why do they never learn Its not like nesting season is a different date each year
  19. Bird nesting???
  20. But you hated the Haix because of the eyelet breakages!!!
  21. No, I put a 6" ducker on the front of my u1000 (the one stevie has now) it had no blower, I ran it at 1000 full bore (2600 RPM), it was fine on woody brash, but conifer or brash with leaves just blocked the discharge shoot. With a blower you can run at 1800 RPM without any discharge problems
  22. 1000, why??
  23. No Duckers are built for the front of a mog, so no reverse box needed
