  1. I have turned a lot of things and not liked them but certainly I have been to a lot of shows ect and I rarely actually like 20% of things. But would rather have honest views They look lovely pieces and certainly I would of been proud of them Do I like them though? On this occasion yes Last night I made an quick Apple and then my mate made 1 I prefered his and sadly so did he:blushing:
  2. Honey bros or treeworker do most of what you would need
  3. I have used impact gun on many saws No need to jam anything in and never had a problem Though I do know which way it goes I don't like shoving anything down the cylinder Otherwise a quick sharp crack
  4. You may need to ring them up I use stihl chain on my huskys but it's 0.58
  5. Trampoline would be a lot more fun Also always would be able to find some child to help if they can have a go
  6. Have read this all the way through and still no one had any crap in there eye? Misleading title or what That must be very orrible

    Lathes.

If buying second hand try to buy complete with extras as amazing how much chucks and tool rests ect cost. My first lathe was £130 and then bought a chuck at £150:confused1: Local Woodturning clubs often have members upgrading or passed away:blushing:
  18. Will dig it out and give you a ring That's if your still on same number
  19. Got 1 in my garage:confused1: Nearly new
  20. Just get a dwarf or a young child to do it. They would think it was bigger than you do.
  21. If your unsure then sell it Unless you are set up to mill and dry and store it will be worth nothing to you. I would sell it for £50 keep a board or 2 for you or give it away if you can have a third or half of it as payment I gave a big nice oak tree to a nice chap and I got a kitchen floor cut dried and planed. Lovely that I cut it down and someone made it useable and I have a free floor Do what you do and let millers do there thing
