  4. A lot of the usar crews carry saws and trained to fell trees and emergency tree work tickets. Certainly Manchester and Liverpool areas as been involved with them:thumbup: Urban search and rescue I believe it stands for

  7. But is it not about doing the right thing I got some wood of Treequip a few years ago that was cut and had been stored inside Still sat in my garage drying as no rush. I am lucky I have tons of wood sat drying but always keep saving some and do pass a lot on to other turners. I have 2 piles 1 that turners can have a shifty through and another that's firewood I would rather someone have the enjoyment out of a piece of wood than it get burned. I have never sold anything I have made so always reluctant to pay for wood. Some of what I do gets sold but all that is done through a charity that they keep Just remember what goes around comes around

  13. I have had this jacket for a while and I love it Lovely deep pockets and a really nice fit Only thing I don't like is the rubber lump just above the back pocket which very very rarely just seems to dig in Contemplated cutting it off but love the jacket too much to do that:thumbup:

  17. The pillow case thing is to stop direct contact with the drum birch does get hot I would always suggest the proper rope wash sold by most good arb supplies Less than 50 per wash
  18. On most of them there is a blanking connector to disconnect the stress system Ie unplug one connector and put the cap back on its usually just sat there on a cable tie
  19. Very few folk would buy signs in bulk I have 10 lads and never bought more than 10 Just some stump grinding ones of Clarke which I hadn't seen before And some vehicles turning Warning chipping operations is one I would add to my lists Not bothered for logo tbh Big companies might but not me
  20. ITA means integrated training and assessment Some units can now be ongoing assessment throughout the training
