Based on that pic, I would put you around 23, 23. From that pic, how much did you weigh and how tall are you? I want to plug those numbers in myself. You look to be on the high side of normal. I never said the BMI scale was a delicate mistress.

All I know is that over the last year I lost 40 lbs and lee-ordy!!! That's made a world of difference. I can strap on my hooks w/o getting a red face!!!
